The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

60 Day Returns

We are happy to accept returns of unused goods within 30 days of purchase. Please let us know they are coming back though!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Up to 60 days after your purchase we now offer exchange for other goods or a voucher code to the value of the returned goods (to the original purchaser). Voucher codes are valid for 12 months.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Customised items or items we have ordered in especially for you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item without it's original tags and packaging.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Your refund includes standard rate shipping, not premium shipping services.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items can be refunded on the same terms as other items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The Post Office is often the most expensive service for sending parcels, a quick internet search will give you lots of options.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

None of the above affect your statutory rights.

The driver checks the age of the recipient by asking for a valid ID. He also records the document type and the last five digits of the document number. So you know for sure that the recipient of your package is 18 years or older. Unfortunately, the Age check option cannot be combined with permission to deliver at an alternative location. Also, parcels with Age check cannot be delivered to another address. This is not permitted by law.


The Offensive Weapons Act 2019 delivery requirements are now in full force.

We are required by law to,
  1. Age verify the purchaser and recipient areOver 18before dispatch ofany bladed itemfrom our base in Llangollen.
  2. Label the package as containing a Bladed Item for Over 18's only
  3. Use a courier that is contracted to check the age of the recipient on delivery.
Our website supplier hasn't got quite up to speed yet so we need you to help. So please,

  • Don't order bladed items unlessyou are over 18 and can prove it.
  • Make sure you give your first and last namewhen ordering, or we can't even start the age verification process with Agechecked.com
  • Check the email you give us regularlyfor any emails asking you to help us verify your age.
  • Choose a DPD shipping servicefrom the list, all of our DPD deliveries will be age verified from April 6th 2022.
  • Be there when DPD deliver, with formal proof of age such as a Driving License or Passport. They will email you the night before with instructions.
  • If ordering for delivery to a businessuse the business name in the address, and use a business email please.
  • Rememberyou can't send a bladeditem to a locker.

We can only ship bladed items by DPD now, this is more expensive but it is cheaper than UPS or Royal Mail age verified services.
