Standard delivery starts from £3.95. We subsidise shipping on higher-value orders as a thank-you alongside your Loyalty Points — free delivery thresholds are shown in the table below.

Two smaller bladed items that will go by an age checked Royalmailservice are pushed into Parcelforce Age 24, to save on shipping please let the shop know that you would like the Royalmail service and we can refund the difference.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We no longer ship to the USA, Northern Ireland, or Europe. For other international destinations, shipments are DAP (Delivered At Place — duty unpaid), meaning you are liable for any in-country tax and duty. We will consider orders over £500 by special arrangement — please email us with your full address and a list of products and quantities. All such orders must be approved and costed by our directors, so please allow extra time.
CLICK & COLLECT
Our Llangollen store is open for Click & Collect. Simply place an order online and select Llangollen Shop Collection at checkout. No hassle, no fuss.
If you can't make it on the proposed pickup date, you have 7 days to collect your order.

Your estimated delivery date is shown on the basket page and depends on the service you choose and where your items are stocked.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — next working day target, but not guaranteed like Special Delivery
- Parcelforce Express 24— next working day to most addresses; 2 working days to Highlands, Islands, and some remote postcodes
Most products are stocked in our Llangollen shop. Some items are held at UK supplier warehouses, and a small number of special-order products are sourced from Europe — these may add up to 3 weeks to your delivery date. Bank holidays and weekends are factored into your estimated date automatically.
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery is returned to us due to customer error — for example, failure to provide valid photo ID for an age-verified delivery — we reserve the right to charge all shipping costs incurred plus a £10 service fee. This covers outbound shipping, the failed delivery charge, and return shipping.
LATE DELIVERY
Your tracking details are included in your dispatch confirmation. If your order hasn't arrived, please check the tracking first — items are sometimes left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7–14 days of the expected delivery date. We have strict time limits for making non-delivery claims with our carriers, so it's important you get in touch promptly.
